Custom Cushion Covers

Custom cushion cover projects should be booked well in advance. If you’d like to move forward with a project, please stop by the shop or email info@GarageHouse.org to get started.

Before reaching out, here are a few important notes:

Fabric Selection
If you’d like to start browsing fabrics, I recommend:

• Revolution Fabrics (I have lots of samples available in the shop)

• SewKnot (great Sunbrella options and free samples)

Please do not order fabric without consulting me first.
I can often source it at a better price, and we’ll need to agree on the final selection while I calculate the correct yardage. If you already have fabric you’d like to use, I’ll do my best to accommodate, but it’s not always possible.

Foam Options
I typically recover your existing foam. If you don’t already have foam, you have two options:

1. Purchase new foam yourself, (note: ethically sourced foam tends to be more expensive)

2. Source used foam yourself (more affordable and sustainable, but may take time)

I recommend checking Facebook Marketplace and local bulletin boards for 4–5 inch foam or RV mattresses. I can cut these down to size for a clean edge to work with.

I occasionally have foam available in my own stash, so feel free to ask, I may already have something that works for your project.
