Crew Orders and Repairs

$40/ Hour

• Fire packs and line gear

• Tents, tent poles, shelters, and sleeping bags

How It Works

Batch Orders

For fire crews, trail crews, sports teams, ect - the closest thing I can offer to a “bulk discount” is to lump all of your work together and bill hourly rather than by individual service. This can save you some money while still making sure I’m paid fairly for the time involved.

if possible, before the end of your season:

• Identify the gear that needs repair.

• Clean, flag, and label each item with your name/crew and any relevant repair notes.

• Contact me to coordinate drop-off or pickup.

If you’re not local or don’t plan to drop your gear off in Twisp, email info@garagehouse.org to discuss options. It’s often possible to coordinate gear handoffs in the surrounding area when seasonals travel at the end of the season.

I’m also available to travel to your crew or facility to pick up repairs. This is billed hourly, plus gas. While visiting your facility, I’m happy to share as much repair knowledge as I can, troubleshoot gear with your crew, and complete as many repairs on-site as possible.

The goal is to make getting your gear repaired as easy and efficient as possible—especially when you’re dealing with a whole crew’s worth of equipment at once.

Got weird timelines, tight budgets, or specific receipt requirements? No worries, I’ve been there! I’ll work with you to make it happen.

If you have a specific budget you need to stay within, we can build a priority list together so you get the most important repairs taken care of first and get the most value out of your budget.
