Help Me Reuse and Recycle!

While I love to make waterproof bags, dog beds, and all sorts of other projects, I don’t love introducing new plastics and “stuff” into the world.

If you ever have any of the following items available for donation or sale please let me know so I can try give them a second life, or get a custom order together with your supplies:

  • Dry bags and rafts that have ripped/popped.

  • Discarded Portatanks. IYKYK.

  • Retired rain gear in large sizes

  • Any PVC coated materials

  • Generally any thick fabrics, upholstery, or canvas (Think old curtains and table clothes)

  • RV beds, Couch cushions, or thick mattress toppers for Dog beds

  • Expired climbing webbing, soft goods that are in good shape but are too old to be trusted

  • Tyvek! The last bit on the roll doesn’t go far on the construction site, but its a huge amount to me!

  • Vinyl (event signage, banners)

Reach out here to coordinate if there’s anything you’d like to send my way!

EXTRA LARGE

WATERPROOF TOTE

This was some sort of inflatable cushion for a patio set, found at a second hand store with a note that said “leaks”.

The material was canvas on one side and rubberized on the other, I stripped the material of baffles and made this tote. Its been reinforced with a piece of raincoat at the bottom and a strip of a vinyl sign at the top, and lined with left over ripstop from my other projects. More of these to come as I find materials!

Dog Bowls

This dry bag of mine had been on its last leg for a while, taped up in many places. I decided to re purpose what was salvageable and created collapsible pack able dog bowls. These are great for traveling, and sold out at my first market! More to come when I have more supplies

Dog Beds

These beds were made from a twin RV bed cut into thirds. the covers are removable, washable, and a compilation of second hand upholstery I’ve collected. Here you seeing a Mexican blanket, corduroy, some soft upholstery from the original RV bed, and a few other pieces from my drawers.
